Good place The apartments are roomy and very well kept up, the kitchen is beautifull, they've got a pretty good gym and there maintainance staff is superb! I believe they've stepped up enforcing the keeping the hallways clear rules and added more frequent garbage pickups and the new property managment company just needed some time to learn the needs of this place and now do a good job. Just want the money The grounds are filthy and dirty. Walking through the hallways are nasty. Food, toys and garbage throughout the building. Been living here for almost a year and these people are filthy... All they want is your money. Nasty place. Apartments are nice but that's it. Keep going up on rent. Not worth it.
