Hmm it appears as all the reviews that were once here aren't anymore. No wonder they have a 3.3 rating. I would love to know how they got rid of them. Pointguard management are at the top of the worst list in wichita. I experienced it for myself living here, and most importantly there are many others who aren't fond of them either. They are rip off artists, and slum lords. It was -0 out and my heater caught fire. Had to call 911. Maintenance refused to come out and blew us off for 3 days in sub zero weather.
