The trainers here are awesome. Friendly. Helpful. Motivating. Especially Justin and Jen. Try kettlebells on Monday. Or Emily's spin on Monday or Thursday.
WSC has the best group ex classes in the area. Great atmosphere and equipment at a fair price. The who's who of Glover Park workout here. Ask for Brendon and he will give you the best deal.
Starting August 23 its not going to be 24 hours anymore! Closing at 11 M-R and 10 F-Su make sure to complain for discount!
Note: the 10% discount at Bourbon that has been advertised is false! Also a "brendon" from WSC is banned from Breadsoda&Bourbon- WSC never asked Bourbon about the discount
Go in the off-peak hours. It's a small space and it gets very crowded after work.
