Wouldn’t rent a parking spot here unless you want to only use it when the ambulance service isn’t using it. I rent a parking spot here and there is excelsior ambulance service renting there as well tonight was the 6th time that I have bought my trailer back just got be met with one of their vehicles parked in my spot. It was after hours to I had to go to their unit and wake them up to move it. I rented a unit and drove by the location of the units to see if I could see the unit before renting it but there was no one at the location. Called the number on the door, was placed on hold for over 10 minutes on 2 separate occasions. After this interaction I decided to cancel my request for a unit rental. If it was this much hassle getting in touch, can't imagine what it would be like to an actual paying customer.
Great staff and location! We were in a pinch and needed storage due to Helene, they took care of us right away for almost a year!
