Patti & Erica was amazing. Very professional and friendly. Top tier customer service
I needed to store 3 extra cars which were in our driveway and street Erica rented 3 spots to me and she was one of the most helpful front desk people I ever encountered. Fist she offered myself and my son a water, which was much needed. THen she spent time showing me the spaces ( instead of just providing a map and telling me where they were located). Claim they are “climate controlled” they’re not.. maybe I’m just an idiot of course but i thought climate controlled meant it’s in an environment where the climate is controlled.. not just stored outside in the heat basically. So if you’re looking for something where your things won’t melt and get pollen INSIDE the storage unit. Look elsewhere. Units that have A/C and are ACTUALLY climate controlled won’t be found here.
