My sister and I made our reservation online. We went into the office to finalize the rental and Erica helped us. She was extremely pleasant and made the transaction a breeze. She answered all of our questions and explained the rental really well.
Erica was very helpful getting me set up for a storage rental. She provided great customer service and is very personable.

I needed to store 3 extra cars which were in our driveway and street Erica rented 3 spots to me and she was one of the most helpful front desk people I ever encountered. Fist she offered myself and my son a water, which was much needed. THen she spent time showing me the spaces ( instead of just providing a map and telling me where they were located).
