They were referred, as a reliable company to work with homeowners insurance. Friendly reception when calling Mercedes was a very bright side of the transaction and the workers were professional and courteous. However when insurance denied my claim and I had to pay out of pocket that’s where I feel their services really missed the mark. I would not recommend them unless you are 100 percent sure your insurance was covering repairs.
