Jim was the listing agent on a property in Puyallup. I wanted to see the property and he told me that in order to see the property i needed to hire them as a broker agent so they can double commission. Very shady practice to me. As a listing agent his role should be to help sell the property/help sell the property. I would not hire him as a listing agent or a broker agent. Please stay away and get a better listing agent that will show your property to buyers.
Use redfin agents instead and save yourself money.
Mike Smidt was great - persistent, sent me listings that could work for me for a long, long time, and responded well to my feedback. He worked hard to get everything done super fast when I finally found a place that worked for me.
