Endless phone loop, impossible to schedule MRI. Same at most of their locations.
My appointment went very well, the staff was very friendly and also explained to me my condition.
I have a had a terrible experience so far. When I was making a diagnostic mammogram appointment on the phone I was told that I need to have prior images from Inova where I had mammograms in the past and was prompted to fill out a form on the website allowing the Washington radiology center to obtain those images on my behalf. Sounds great, right?
