The over-the-phone receptionist was insanely rude and cold towards me. She mumbled her words and gave me attitude when I asked her to repeat the extension number. Of course she gave me an incorrect phone number so I called back to ask for it again and she hung up on me. Extremely annoying, even had her on speaker phone and the people in the room agreed she was cold and ignorant. Chose to get imaging done somewhere else.
