I’ve had multiple poor experiences with the leasing office at one of their Silver Spring properties, 8250 Georgia. The most recent being that I was given incorrect information from the office regarding my move out date and they then charged me a 2000 dollar fee because I didn’t give proper notice to vacate. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone before this amount gets sent to collections but it seems like no one cares enough to help and figure out a path forward.
