I spent a couple hours reading your website and FB page. What exactly does Todd Myers, Director of the Center for the Environment have his Master's degree in? You do not say on your website, but in probing the internet I found out he has a BA in Politics and a MA in Russian/International Studies. That is fine, but you should have a scientist in this position.
