Rooms are a good size and the apartments themselves are really nice. Also has an option for indoor or outdoor parking.
Justin has been, by far, my favorite, and the best landlord. Very flexible, helpful when things need to be fixed, works with you, and is very accommodating. I have had a wonderful experience living here the last 2 years. Highly recommend. Very nice apartments. Fully furnished as well.

My experience living at Washington Place was good. From reading some of the older reviews I thought Lynn was going to give me and the rest of my roommates a hard time, but she was very friendly and super helpful. She doesn’t ignore the laws but is rather well-versed in them. I frequently asked her questions about a new lease/apartment I was looking at after graduation and she was able to give me many suggestions.
