Rented with Lynn Halverson a few years back while in school and had to threaten legal action against her to receive FAIR treatment. Our building started on fire and she forced us to pay rent while the building was forbidden from us entering (not legal). We requested rent to be given back and we were VERY reluctantly given our money back after several requests, weeks after the fact. Currently being scammed out of a large sum of money for an invalid lease.
I have lived in Wisconsin for nearly 3 years and have lived in 6 different homes. All slumdog landlords. But these people are fantastic. They take care of thier tenants no matter what and they actually care. I plan to stay here a long while with my family. Thank you!
