I have always appreciated Dr. Caimano's attention to my eye care. I go annually for a chronic eye condition, and the doctor always gives me details about the progress and treatments that are available. He has been helpful in getting me prescriptions I need even without a prescription drug plan. I have not experienced any negative issues with his staff either. They are friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, THE RUDEST RECEPTIONIST THAT I WAS TRANSFERED TO, AFTER THE INITIAL ONE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. She was obviously bothered by the fact that the first girl had to ask her a question. #2 then got on the phone, shouting at me about how she just wasted six minutes of her time, listening to the girl that could not answer a question. The staff couldn’t be nicer and so knowledgeable too! Everyone should see this ophthalmologist’s office and get an exam. So much can happen medically in your eyes especially when we are aging. Thanks to the doctor and girls that work for him.
