Their doctor consulted on my case after my stroke in December. Their office called me in the hospital to set a follow up appointment while I was heavily medicated. They recently called back to demand payment while I was in a therapy session. Their billing department is aggressive. I was billed within a day of service in the ICU and was not discharged for 6 weeks. They have been aggressively pursuing $40 from me with daily emails and finally a cold call to collect. That is not the way to encourage a referral.

Wow very strick Rules! It’s like “do this or else! 😅 we will reschedule you… Damm do I need to bring CV, with Cover letter ?! 😆

It’s so weird of the location it’s at with sadly poor customer services given by the staff. Phone lines are never turned on promptly at the designated opening time. The manager is so responsible but the staff needs training. No smiles or gratitude.

My 96 year old father went for his 6 month appointment yesterday. When he arrived, they said that the Dr was on vacation. They didn't even call to cancel or change the appointment ahead of time. Poor patient management by the staff! He doesn't drive and I had to take my time off to drive him. They should be charged the $50 broken appointment fee!
