visited this location last week, the staff member was immediately nasty.....tried the deterrent method, stating that I needed my DD 214 before even assessing my ID requirements...by the way, I was the only customer...I guess I interrupted her social media time....

The (VISITOR CENTER) Will ruin your day every time you go in there. They are so RUDE and not helpful at all.
Hours are wrong on their own website. Card office closes at 3
