I am late for work many mornings because the buses show up essentially when the want to. This is an embarrassing system in the nation's capital. The reach of the train system is also abysmal. Most parts of the city are not metro served. WMATA is seriously affecting my quality of life.

Metro Access transportation system is the worst. It is not the Drivers. I believe lots of problems lie with Dispatchers. My sister is being picked up from her Dialysis 3-4 hours late without any real explanation. Recently they turned up twice at her home to pick her up when she was waiting to be picked up at the Dialysis Center. The trip request had all the correct information.
