I am very upset because my complaint is not being heard so I Am going to take it to higher levels until my complaint is being heard. Poor service with Metro Access services.
The metro station it's self is a good station. But there is an operator that works on occasion. That is rude and crass to young people. He is argumentative and accusatory for no reason. He starts off conversation with an insult to the person. Even if the person is doing nothing other then trying to understand some simple things about the station. Liability. I treated the metro Staff no respect.to me With My disabilities Metro Staff has unprofessional behavior towards people with disabilities and children. Never coming back here again. You need to train your staff. Unprofessional people in metro Bus or metro rail . And Staff no respect.to me With My disabilities please train your staff and I feel unsafe riding the metro.
