WMATA is a joke. Why do you do "planned maintenance" during busy times of the day? Why not during the hours you have no operations? Why does the board say next train is in 3 minutes and 10 minutes later it still says 3 minutes. Who is the idiot making these decisions. Y'all have become worse over the past 2 years but I'm sure we can all look forward to less service and higher prices in the future, right?
I am late for work many mornings because the buses show up essentially when the want to. This is an embarrassing system in the nation's capital. The reach of the train system is also abysmal. Most parts of the city are not metro served. WMATA is seriously affecting my quality of life.
