WOW! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! This was an appointment to meet with an OBGYN for bloodwork and an ultrasound. But once we got off of the elevator, we heard yelling! As we turned the corners to get the suite, we realized the yelling was coming from the receptionist. Staff is so unprofessional, had this black lady over the phone and she was very rude like she didn’t like her job scoffing at me over the phone can hear her rolling her eyes i would not recommend this facility at all!! no sense of hospitality.

I recently visited the clinic due to irregular periods and underwent a series of tests. I was informed that the lab results would be available within seven days. However, during this waiting period, I experienced severe heavy bleeding. Despite this, I was not contacted or provided with any guidance or support.
