Horrible experience w/WMC Real Estate & Sixty 01 renting. This place should be condemned. The roof is soggy. Serious mold/mildew problems compromise people's health here. Aluminum wiring is a fire hazard. Things not cleaned before I moved in - hundreds of hairs clogged vac, windows completely black, excessive dirt in every nook. Have gotten sick (using N95) many times cleaning this place. Outlets, dishwasher, clothes dryers do not work correctly. WMC won't fix anything that isn't easy. Extremely loud heaters.
