This is for any real estate brokers considering joining with this firm. I highly advise not to join. Zero structure here. Managing broker is not even an active broker. Training is written down on a piece of paper. Terrible experience working here as a new agent. Last straw for me was when the company decided they were not going to reimburse me for a service charge to use the "website and CRM tool."
