DO NOT LEASE HERE. Not only is it poorly kept up, anytime they fix something it’s truly the “landlord” special. Door knobs don’t close all the way, painting over wall paper, cracks and holes behind counters and in the electric sockets. And don’t get me started with the washer machines. For over a month they’ve been low on water pressure, although I’ve submitted a a request to get them checked out, management has completely ignored our request for maintenance. On top of that, loads cost $4! Insane, oh and parking cost $295

This is one of my all-time favorite old school apartments It has no stairs SUPERDOPE. 5/6 Levels all wheel chair accessible— Practically before wheelchairs were. even invented at least it seems that old — Call spot on Capitol Hill unbelievable views nice and quiet yet walking distance from all the action I love this place
