This is one of my all-time favorite old school apartments It has no stairs SUPERDOPE. 5/6 Levels all wheel chair accessible— Practically before wheelchairs were. even invented at least it seems that old — Call spot on Capitol Hill unbelievable views nice and quiet yet walking distance from all the action I love this place
I wanted to share my delightful experience with the manager of this complex, Alexander. If you're looking for someone who is both incompetent and condescending, then Alexander is your guy! Recently, I received a notice from Alexander claiming that my parking spot may have expired. I say "claiming" because I've been using that spot without issue for two years, and my lease agreement clearly indicates that the spot is still valid. Agree with all the other reviews. This place needs to have improvements on their management, communication, and building maintenance. My unit flooded due to a plumber bursting a pipe in the unit above mine the first week of living here. Maintenance did arrive quickly but calling the main office to let them know what happened was a sour experience. The person on the line laughed and scoffed at me when I expressed urgency--there were puddles in my apartment. Maintenance took about two weeks to resolve the issue: one to do a te... read more
