Structurally unsound
the walls are falling apart and the building is in bad shape
*First off, one of the 5 star reviews on here is from the buildings property manager 🤣🤦🏻♀️ * I really wanted to love this place because the building is full of charm and isn’t just a cookie-cutter box, but unfortunately I’d have to agree with a lot of the other reviews here. This is one of my all-time favorite old school apartments It has no stairs SUPERDOPE. 5/6 Levels all wheel chair accessible— Practically before wheelchairs were. even invented at least it seems that old — Call spot on Capitol Hill unbelievable views nice and quiet yet walking distance from all the action I love this place
