TLDR: Roach infestation and no solution. Buyer beware: before you move in you should know that there is a cockroach infestation here. I wish someone would’ve told me before I moved in. I feel ripped off paying lloyd companies for these poor living conditions. Dirty noisy hallways, horns going off all night, and seeing cockroaches everyday. I love this property. We work with Rachel the property manager at Washington Heights. She really cares about her residents and does everything she can to make the complex feel like a close nit community!
Rachel was amazing to work with! Shes such a bubbly person and very kind! I attended the "Grow With Us Event" which was super cute! Took home a cute flower plant. Thanks Rachel for being an amazing property manager!!
