Nurses are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will hang up on you when you ask a question and try to make you feel like you don’t know anything. Extremely concerning how they treat the parents of the children that we trust them to care for.
My kids have been going since birth. They are 11 and 15 now and I have had no issues. Dr Ben has been the best and we request him almost every time. He helped years ago with helping find places for my youngest to get her adhd diagnoses and they have listened to any concerns we have.
I worked in this office and with in and out experiences I can definitely say they've gone completely downhill. Unprofessional, rude, and secretive.
Absolutely love this practice!! All doctors and staff are very personable, knowledgeable and very caring. I would recommend this office to anyone!!
