Very rude nurses. Most of them need to change their profession. Diagnosed my father incorrectly. Careless, Inconsiderate people. Why be a nurse if you aren’t compassionate? 0/10 do not recommend.
Our 17 yr old son was badly injured during his basketball game at Wash High. He needed surgery for a broken patella. We were panicking because we have only used Children’s Hospital for our children’s care. We were so worried that he was not being treated by pediatric doctors, not to mention a pediatric surgeon. From the second we arrived by ambulance into the ER, we were treated with the best care and compassion. We came here for our labor and delivery. From get to go everyone was amazing! All the nurses I met during my experience were absolutely wonderful. Even when things were way less than ideal they stayed professional and not once did I feel like there was an issue. They gave us all the supplies and resources we could need. Not just for baby but me too. I would recommend anyone come here for their experience!
UPMC in Washington we highly recommend! All of our nurses were amazing especially Emma and Rachel! They deserve the world. Always making sure we had absolutely anything and everything we and the baby needed. I always read negative reviews so I had to give a positive one. All of the nurses are amazing.
