Tried to write a review—critical—and it seems to have disappeared. So I’ll try again because the service was truly that awful. The front desk was incompetent, lazy and poorly managed. I got no sense that at any time they cared for anything other than billing information. Maybe that’s just health care these days but I think we should demand more from providers.. We’re not just a billing code and a profit/loss. I want a place that cares about my well-being, not just my copay. This ain’t it.
I had been a loyal patient until the past two days. The front desk service is incompetent, rude and lazy. Unfortunately that has ripple effects Dow and up the line. I no longer feel confident in the record keeping or quality of care I receive after feeling like I’m just a billing code. Maybe that’s just health care these days.
