Excellent service with a smile
Here's to shout out to my "OT" hand therapist, Emily Damon! Her work bio did not prepare me for the adventure the last 6+ months has been-- everything from the one on one care that she made specific to my occupation while she constantly kept researching to make sure we did the best techniques for my injury. Be forewarned that RET practices deceptive billing practices with their clients. When I went in for the initial evaluation I was told that I would just have to pay a one time flat rate. And then later I found out that I owed additional funds to them because they claim that it was to cover my insurance deductible in which they apparently made an additional claim to. This should never have taken place if they had me pay a "flat rate." As a result, I can in no good conscience ever recommend RET as a place people should consider... read more
Emily is a very professional occupational therapist, she is very nice, warm and friendly. My hand is getting better.
