Never again would I buy a home or do any sort of business with The Washington Group. They build with no integrity, preparing the home just enough to pass inspections, but not have operable water heaters, air conditioning, or appliances. They offer a “warranty”, but there is no urgency on their end to fix their mistakes even though the items fall under the PA implied warranty of habitability.
