WAGI is a terrible group. Doctors are dismissive and rude, I was given a prescription that directly interferes with another medication because the doctor did not listen to my concerns. The doctor chastised me for making a necessary diet change because it would "make the test not work" and told I should have spent the three months I had to wait for the appointment at levels of pain that prevented me from working instead of interfering with his test. I had a very positive experience at Washington Gastroenterology for a routine procedure. The communication leading up to my appointment was excellent— the staff reached out to ensure that I was fully prepared for the procedure. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the facility itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. My nurse was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain every step of the prep process, which made everything feel very well-organized. Recommend for their professionalism and patient care.

Unsatisfied! Avoid… Use a different place if at all possible. This company doesn’t care about you. Appointments made in August 2025 for February 2026. Was just informed (1/20/26) Dr isn’t going to be available, so now my appointment is June 2026. Can’t wait for the June appointment to be moved. Waiting over a year to be seen. This place is a joke!

First off all, thank you. The entire procedure from checking in to waking up in the recovery room was smooth and seamless. Dr. Selinger and her entire staff were so helpful and completely professional. They made what would seem such an awkward situation (colonoscopy), very comfortable and painless. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Salinger and her office, I feel very fortunate to have had them. Again, thank you so much.
