Was called by them and they talked me into something they would call me every month and I was told their would be no cost to me and my medicare and tricare would cover it and it was a ly nothing was covered and I am now stuck with a 216 dollar bill that I refuse to pay because I was told their was no cost to me
Annie Hong was great. The rest of the staff, the portal service, and the phone service was atrocious. Would never go back. Don't bother.
Instead of leaving two reviews for the Gig Harbor WAGI, and one for the Bellevue site, I am choosing to combine them. Approximately ten years ago, my initial colonoscopy was done in Gig Harbor. A medically-trained staff person attended to my prep on the table prior and after. I was released to leave after she determined I was coherent after the anesthesia, and I was assisted in getting dressed by her. I was offered orange juice. My husband took me to the car afterwards. Very nice, accommodating, professional staff!
The whole staff treated me so nice and professionally, also I love Dr. Ojeaburu's smile he always makes me so relaxed as did the whole staff. Also during pre procedure check in, my nurse and I wish I remembered her name noticed I was in slight afib which was very important to me to let my heart doctor know that my afib was coming back. Thank you all, u make a procedure that some people dread as easy and pleasant as possible and in a very professional manner. Thx, Steve
