I have stayed here for around 6 years, I moved between a few apartments in the community, for the most part experience was good. They are short staffed from a maintenance perspective. They have one great guy Mark who does most of the maintenance work for the community. If he's tied up you have to follow-up multiple times to get someone to respond. I have been living here about two months, and now that I have heard the inside scoop on other places I had considered; I am confident that I have made the right choice. I have to say that this is the best place to rent an apartment in the city if you are looking for a nice place that is accessible to everything and has very low crime. I did a ton of research before I moved here and I am very happy with my decision. Great apartment, peaceful atmosphere.
The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The maintenance resolves any repairs in 24 hours. The staff and neighbors are friendly. The location of the apartment is good. The swimming pool always has a lifeguard on duty. They have a small library with coffee machine(i love this part), play area and fitness center. All I can say is I am a happy resident :)
