Worst front desk! They will bill you for all sorts of shit. They took 3d trays for my teeth when I clearly had from my dentist dr bhat. Dr Bing Wan has lovely bedside manners. But a bad admin team due to clerical errors billed me $100 after one year. Go to dr relan. Dr is awesome. I will never go again due to an incompetent receptionist who just went for lunch during my appointment. Despicable!
Great experience. Professional staff, clean office, and the doctor explained everything clearly. The procedure went smoothly and pain was minimal. Highly recommend Washington Endodontics.
After a negative experience with another dental provider, I came to Washington Endodontics feeling anxious and uncertain. Excellent overall experience. I was impressed with Dr. Wan and his whole staff. I was seen quickly, my issue was resolved painlessly and with exceptional care. Little touches such as allowing me to choose the music that played during the procedure, and providing a care bag with bottled water and other helpful items for after the procedure really elevated my positive impression. The staff was happy and the enviornment was very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
I had undergone endodontic treatment before, but it never really cured me until I met Dr. Wei. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and he quickly helped me get rid of the infection in my gums. I’m very grateful to him and his team.
