After a negative experience with another dental provider, I came to Washington Endodontics feeling anxious and uncertain. However, Dr. Bing Wan completely changed my perspective on what dental care and specifically a root canal could be. From start to finish, Dr. Wan and his entire staff took incredible care of me. Excellent overall experience. I was impressed with Dr. Wan and his whole staff. I was seen quickly, my issue was resolved painlessly and with exceptional care. Little touches such as allowing me to choose the music that played during the procedure, and providing a care bag with bottled water and other helpful items for after the procedure really elevated my positive impression. The staff was happy and the enviornment was very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
I had undergone endodontic treatment before, but it never really cured me until I met Dr. Wei. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and he quickly helped me get rid of the infection in my gums. I’m very grateful to him and his team.
Very friendly and caring staff! Dr. Wan is very professional and communicates clearly - did my root canal here and it’s not scary at all😁
Had to have a root canal, and dreaded the idea of having it done. Dr. Wan and team made it painless, quick and the experience was great. He played music, continued to check on how I was doing and made the procedure far less scary than I thought going into it. Had a quick follow up appointment and that was easy as well.
