I had a root canal treatment on tooth No. 19 at Dr. Wang's clinic on 12/18/2024, and I feel very good now. When I talk about Dr. Wang, I am always full of gratitude and admiration. He is a skilled and experienced dentist who has helped cure countless patients with apical inflammation over the years. The doctor is actually sublime - amazing and really positive energy while taking the time to explain the intricacies of his profession. Someone needs to tell the receptionist Rachel that she needs to spend half the time working on her attitude as she does care for her eyelashes. She forces you to take X-rays onsite even if you bring your own and refuses to give you a stick with the x rays that they just took to save the $5.99 16BG USB drive. Real shame because the doctor is actually wonderful.
Dr. Wan’s assistant was very understanding when we were tuning a bit late to the appointment. The assistant and Dr. Wan also speak mandarin, which made the experience more convenient for my mom since she speaks primarily mandarin. Her procedure went well and her tooth pain resolved promptly.
