BEWARE! BEWARE! Just started service and the distribution charges are insane. Last month it was 149 and this month it’s 215 dollars. My bill went from 397 to 615 dollars. I promise you it’s me and my disabled mother. I can’t afford this electric company and surprisingly this is the ONLY provider for my address. Imagine that! I can’t wait until this lease is up so I can move. Just because this Washington coop is too high! Greedy people! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don’t use this company!
Unreliable service. Electric goes out more often than it should and it always takes hours to fix.
I hate this electric company. Outages everytime it storms and personally I don't want to be part of the "membership". Stop sending stupid magazines and discount the services instead. Why is there no competive rates like with AEP. I guess I'll just keep paying your ridiculous prices. Until...
Absolutely the WORST! I work 2 jobs and STILL can't afford Washington Electric Co-Op. My bill for two months in the winter is over $900!!
The inability to be connected to customer service to report an outage is absolute bs.
