I hate this electric company. Outages everytime it storms and personally I don't want to be part of the "membership". Stop sending stupid magazines and discount the services instead. Why is there no competive rates like with AEP. I guess I'll just keep paying your ridiculous prices. Until...
Absolutely the WORST! I work 2 jobs and STILL can't afford Washington Electric Co-Op. My bill for two months in the winter is over $900!!
The inability to be connected to customer service to report an outage is absolute bs.
I couldn’t count on both my hands how many times we have had outages on Mount ephraim pike in the past 12 months. Invest in something over here! I respect your workers, but fix the stupid mistakes over here and I don’t know what it is, but you all know exactly what it is and leave us in the dark 100%
They suck. Not governed by PUCO and the Trustees and employees are a bunch of rich idiots that have never known the word struggle. If you can avoid them as a service provider DO! They will shut you off during winter months with no care.
