The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Roya Azadarmaki was knowledgeable, thorough, and she took care of my mom, even during an emergency and was compassionate throughout.
Highly recommend! I’d give her 10 stars if they allowed me! Dr Roya and her staff are amazing, helpful, and kind. Please have patience! Her office is busy . Dr Roya is wonderful, she will give you the care and attention that is needed. Dr Roya is very thorough addressing any health concerns. I am so very happy to have her as my doctor and surgeon:) I also must give a shoutout to her audiologist Dr Doci, who is very knowledgeable and wonderful too! I absolutely love this practice!
I don't recommend this practice, having been a patient. The doctor was misleading about how certain implants work and whether she could remove them later if they failed. She told me they would dissolve but that's not how they work, they're designed to stay intact indefinitely. Only after they failed did she inform me that she couldn't remove them. Caring, helpful practice. Everyone works together to meet patients’ needs and help them recover. Phones are answered promptly and questions are always responded to in a timely manner. Super impressed with how they all work together. Highly recommend!
Dr. Azadarmaki is an extremely knowledgeable and passionate expert on all things ENT-related. I made more progress on my hearing issues in the first four months of her care than I had in years of attempts with others.
