I needed a tooth pulled and it got pulled, so I'm grateful for that. But scheduling a follow-up has proved to be impossible. A week of calls were always answered with the instruction to call back in a day or two. The next week nobody answered the phone at all (12 tries in three days). Since I could not get the necessary follow-ups scheduled in an appropriate time frame, I cannot get the necessary work done to repair the damage that occurs in a tooth extraction.
