I’ve been extremely happy living here. The building is very well managed, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and take pride in maintaining the property. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet the apartments are, I rarely hear my neighbors, which makes it feel peaceful and private. I recently had a tour here with Ivy, and absolutely loved it! I received quick responses and a prompt tour. She went over all of the details of the application, apartment, and move in process. Everything was transparent and straightforward. I enjoyed the layout of the apartments and how clean everything is! The neighbors were all friendly too! I look forward to moving in ASAP, especially with how amazing the staff is!
The primary reason I awarded a 5-star rating is due to Ivelisse Crus's exceptional helpfulness and dedication to her work when problems occur. In contrast, I would rate the property itself as a 4-star. There is room for improvement, particularly regarding the maintenance team and certain tenants; however, the community remains inviting.
After living at Washington Court, I can honestly say it's been one of the better apartment experiences I've had. The thing that stands out most is how responsive and professional the staff is.
