I've lived here since 2019, after a month of moving in we had a sewage backup up while away for the weekend, this was the first of many. At first, when I made a maintenance request they were right on it. Now, for the last few months things have gone way downhill. This property is deteriorating by the minute and needs repairs and remodeling ASAP. My children and I had to stay at a hotel due to a sewage back up which left both bathrooms completely out of order. Deborah Bitto was such a big help getting my fiancé and i the information we needed. We got the approval email back so quickly after putting in an application. Always answers the phone/email so quickly. She made this process so easy. 10/10 for her.

they are never in the office and/or always have the away voicemail greeting on. never pick up the phone when you need to speak to them. have been trying to schedule a tour and have left countless voicemails and emails and nothing. I imagine they do this to their tenants too!
