After living at Washington Court, I can honestly say it's been one of the better apartment experiences I've had. The thing that stands out most is how responsive and professional the staff is. They are approachable, easy to work with, and always willing to help when needed. I also appreciate how peaceful the community is. The bathtub fills up constantly and when you look inside the draining hole it’s all rusted up with bits and pieces of what I’m assuming is more rust bc I don’t even want to think about the possibility that it was things previous tenants left there, their wiring is a complete mess my fiancée is an electrician and gasped when he saw the way they had all the wires dispersed out of the box and I even have a picture of it, when you connect something in the apartment you have to make sure something else is connected in a completel... read more
I've lived here since 2019, after a month of moving in we had a sewage backup up while away for the weekend, this was the first of many. At first, when I made a maintenance request they were right on it. Now, for the last few months things have gone way downhill. This property is deteriorating by the minute and needs repairs and remodeling ASAP. My children and I had to stay at a hotel due to a sewage back up which left both bathrooms completely out of order.
