I see many former employees on this site. WCRMC has struggles like every hospital. I worked there for 17 years. I love the hospital and love nursing. There is room for improvement. It all boils down to the employees. If not for the hospital I may have lost a child at 2 yrs old. It also saved my life. I don't agree with everything, but we do need this hospital.
At first a couple years ago I would have gave it a zero ESP. In the Er But this past month my husband was on swing bed the staff , nurse has been really great with him. Great job wcrmc
