Get directionsBobby was taken to the hospital by ambulance Monday morning. He was in severe pain in his back, running high fever and throwing up. From the time we arrived at the ER, we were met by professional and competent staff. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gore, who was in the emergency room. He ran a series of tests that revealed some serious issues not even associated with the back pain. Bobby was hospitalized for two days and Dr Gore continued to look after him. My husband was in the hospital in January briefly before he had to be shipped to Augusta university. He received excellent care and I would recommend Washington County Regional Medical Center to all those in need of care.
The staff here do not care about anyone who enters those doors. some of there attitudes are way off. I've been sitting here since 5 30 am. its now 7:30. no one have said one word to me but I can't go back.
Was a patient in the ER with viral gastroenteritis. Was there at 2 AM Wednesday. Nurses called me back within 30 minutes. Had trouble getting an IV started due to dehydration. They found a vein. Fluids were started. Zofran and Protonix given IV. X-ray of abdomen performed. They helped tremendously! I’m still very sore but, thanks to the ER personnel, I’m better!
A lot
Huge shout out to WCRMC. I had to go to get some tests done and it was a wonderful experience. I was sent for x-rays and was able to get signed in, have my x-rays, and leave in less than an hour! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Also a huge shoutout to the OFTC Intern I got to work with. She was amazing! I love that our students get to put their training to good use with practical experience!
Highly disappointed my children were seen at the Emergency Department here today . They were diagnosed with the flu without a nose swab being taken and they were prescribed Motrin and Tylenol. For all the waiting I couldve done everything they did at home.
