I called and the guy was hostile about not hearing so spoke up said I’m sorry, and then he started to mock me in a way and I told him I don’t wanna tell you what’s going on if you don’t care and he laughed and said bye bye and hung up that should an automatic fire this place is a joke
Counselor on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't help me since according to her a bad ptsd episode isn't a crisis and the only things that constitute a crisis are homicide and suicidal prevention which is ridiculous from a mental health standpoint
Didn't really feel welcome...had a hard night had many extreme loses in the last week have had a hard time getting sober off alcohol and these guys basically said I wasted time by calling and venting. So thanks guys for that. I knew I wasn't meant to recover but to tell me I wasting time for people who had "real emergencies" even though I lost my premature son that's just great. Would not recommend.
