Called in today to make my first payment for my license since I gave birth on the 20th I could not make my payment until today, do to the fact I had a c-section. I was told to bad I didn't make it on the 20th so I'm kicked off the program. The manager Kelly was rude and should be fire the way she talk to her customer when there is medical proof that I can provided.
Horrible agency. They sat on a non moving violation (to my knowledge, was paid directly to the court years ago) for 15 years before getting in touch with me to resolve the matter. The original ticket was $153.00, but because they waited so long, I ended up paying $648.00 for something that I would have taken care of years ago.
