Good help, they got a partner that makes custom metal flashing for rounded dormers, i didnt end up using them. They stopped replying to me. But i did end get good services from fast flashing seattle so i didnt call them back as well. I would use them if necessary.
I will have to take my business somewhere else, I tried to purchase some products and they refused even after I already have a card on file, they said I do not have an account, am pretty sure I requested to open an account about 3 times already, and seems like they didn’t do it. I always have a great experience on Aurbun but never in Tacoma. Just a little feedback — the receptionist should always greet customers as soon as they walk in. It took about 4–5 minutes before she even acknowledged us 🤦♀️. Once she did, she was helpful, but that initial moment matters. A quick greeting doesn't take much effort and really goes a long way — people always remember how they felt walking into a place for the first time.
Absolutely amazing service, I know because that's what we do.
