Unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience. It took me an hour to drive to the hospital and then another 15 minutes to find parking in the garage. When I got to my appointment I was told that they only had an MRI report not a copy of the actual MRI. so, I was sent home and could not make an appointment until 4/3. I was very disappointed that this was not communicated to me in advance.
Disappointed that Dr. Krasnow didn’t show up for my last visit.
