Ace was the best auto dealer I ever dealt with. He made sure I was happy with my purchase. Even when something went wrong with my SUV he made it is mission to find out and fix my problem. I had been looking for a mid-size SUV for some time and decided that I wanted a Ford Escape. Just happen to go on to OfferUp and saw one at Washington Auto Sales. Went in and test drove the vehicle and negotiated a good sales price with Ace and out the door in less than 2 hours. Great customer service!
Got a car here last week for my mom! The guys worked with us on test driving even though we called later in the day. They were so patient and courteous throughout all the paperwork, and even double checked the battery before we left!! They gave us plenty of time to check the details of car and mechanics of it. This week we took it to a AAA mechanic for diagnostics, and besides typical wear and tear for a 2010 vehicle, everything was great!
I bought my dodge charger 2010 for $6k at around 90k miles in 2020 and what a beautiful runner no problems. I just now replaced tires and battery that’s all!!! This place was my best experience and they really have good quality motors at low prices
