I will be moving to Washington Arms in 2 weeks. This place is under new ownership and management. The apartments are being reconditioned and cleaned very well. The apartment I am moving to is beautiful, new carpet, fresh paint and very clean. Rent is very affordable and apartment is within walking distance of Kroger, CVS and many other places. Looking forward to my new home.
Washington arms is a reasonable place to live given all of the local epidemics that are plaguing the town and the entire country for that matter. I would choose W.A. over Chestnut hills any day of the week. Cheryl & Sr. are actually cleaning it up. I have many great memories from my times at W.A. much respect for the the Murphy family
Resident R. was evicted for non-payment of rent. Pure sour grapes. Washington Arms is a great place to live with affordable rates. We don't put-up with drugs and we do not have bed bugs. Come and visit... great family atmosphere and walking distance to everything. Thanks and best regards. George.
