I checked online before I drove all the way out there with my 2yr old son, by myself because I don't have anyone in town to watch him, to make sure he could come with me to see my mother in the hospital. Second visit to this ER. First visit the triage nurse was rude, dismissive, and all around just an unpleasant woman. Was referred by an incompetent urgent care doctor and had full diagnostics done 30 minutes before arrival. All of the information was ignored by the triage nurse and other staff, and by the time the doctor saw me several hours later, he seemed shocked. This place is my worst nightmare it is a living hell for suicidal people.
This is the worse Hospital in Montgomery County. Daughter complained of major head pain we sat in the ER for 6 hrs. Nothing!! Warning don’t go here go to holy cross this hospital is the worst ever.!!!!
Was brought here in ambulance because of severe food poisoning. The only competent doctor is Dr. Lightfoot. He explained what kind or different food poisonings. I was later admitted. Everything went downhill when I left ER. I was offered Tylenol for severe pain in stomach. No stool sample was ordered to see what bacteria was causing severe diarrhea and pain.
