The emergency room staff is very very rude. The nurse told my mother (who saying she is freezing cold) she cant and doesn’t need anymore blankets. The RNs act like you are bothering them while explaining what’s going on with my parent. They are actually really rude and disrespectful to patients and their family members. I would never recommend this emergency room to anybody at all. I got shot and I wouldn’t dare come here.
I'm reading some of these reviews and would like to know what hospital are they referring too? This hospital is the most attentive, professional and considerate facility I've ever been too!! Thank you for helping me get my health back!!
New building. Same garbage “care.” Waited 7 hrs for stitches. Finally got taken back and the room had not been cleaned. The whole triage looked dirty and unsanitary. Medical personnel are exceedingly rude and dismissive as per usual. Shouldn’t have given the new facility a chance. Typical Adventist unapologetic mediocrity. I feel absolutely horrible for bringing my kid here.
This place was my worst nightmare, it is a living hell for suicidal people.
I checked online before I drove all the way out there with my 2yr old son, by myself because I don't have anyone in town to watch him, to make sure he could come with me to see my mother in the hospital. NO WHERE could I find visitor age restrictions. All it said was minors had to be accompanied by 1 adult.
