Thomas Brock is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to track down some ceramic pistons for my pressure washer, even though the part number had changed over the years (I run an older machine). I couldn't find what I needed anywhere in the area. I also couldnt wait for an online order due to project time restraints. But, w.e.t. had them right on the shelf! Quite the gem to have right in Knoxville to keep your DIY machine or business running with whatever parts and consumables you need!!
