First off, trying to find them is a joke. Second my daughter had finally gotten an appointment after several months of painful teeth. We show up and the receptionist tells us some crap story about they dont have anyone until September to clean her teeth. So I said ok this is her first appointment can we get her seen and get a treatment plan together? Nope! Then I let the receptionist know I need a paper filled out for head start. Can we do that? Nope! Then she tells us the truth that they gave my daughter's appointment away.... read more
I have been a client of washburn smiles for over a year now and the dentist and assistants are very attentive and make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. it might take quite a long time to get scheduled for an appointment but once you're seen the staff are great!
