DO NOT RENT - I would not recommend renting from this establishment. They charge you to clean things that are normal wear and tear items. I was sent the photos attached here saying that they need to be professionally clean and was charged for 4 hours of work. This is also a quote from an email from the landlord describing what supposedly needed to be professionally cleaned: “The shower/tub walls need attention as you can see the dark around the tub.
