I just moved to Cumming, and hadn’t met with the doctors, but had only scheduled an appointment. Before that appointment, I developed great tooth pain, so I called to see, if by chance, they could see me. Their receptionist worked me into their schedule, for early the next day. Dr. Stephanie saw me, and she had a wonderful ‘bedside’ manner. She felt I needed to go to an endodontist , and her office called that office, and I was given an appointment there, 1 hour later. Today was my cleaning visit and although I should have been scolded for my neglect, I was graciously advised to 'clean & floss' better & more often. I will do my best to improve! Additional attention was given when I mentioned a sore spot on my tongue. Dr.Stephanie checked the area, had an X-ray taken and has advised me to see Oral surgeon Dr. Pausa. Not only is everyone exceptionally pleasant, but go above & beyond.
She was VERY GOOD !
I've been a patient for quite a few years now and I am always impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the way they approach their work. They are also some of the friendliest folks you'd ever care to let in your mouth!
