My girlfriend took her car here to get fixed, the next day when she went to pick up her car she got it noticed the hub cap was gone. She then went back in and told them only 3 were put back on. They denied it and offered to sell her old one back to her. That is what I call terrible service. Nobody I know will ever come here to get their vehicles serviced. Because they just want to take advantage of people. Terrible!

I took advantage of the Winter Special yesterday & I am very impressed with Washburn Auto Service Center. I called first thing in the morning & they got my car right in & completed the services in no time. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
