Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? No, they were fine

Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
